We built ConvertFlow to be privacy-first. No accounts, no tracking, no permanent storage.

Information we collect
ConvertFlow does not require registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or account details. When you upload a file, we temporarily store it on our servers solely to perform the requested conversion. No metadata from your file is retained beyond the conversion process.
File handling and retention
Uploaded and converted files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours of conversion. We do not review, analyze, or share the contents of your files with any third party. Files are stored temporarily in an isolated environment and are not accessible to other users.
Cookies and local storage
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function — specifically, a session cookie used to track your conversion request. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any form of cross-site tracking. You can dismiss the cookie notice at any time; this preference is saved in your browser's local storage.
Third-party services
ConvertFlow uses system fonts and does not load any external font services. No third-party scripts, analytics platforms, or advertising networks are loaded on this site.
Log data
Our servers may retain standard access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, page requested, timestamp) for up to 7 days for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for profiling or advertising and are not sold or shared.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ConvertFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
